How do I join?
Just ask your nurse at your first appointment, and they'll get you set up. If you forget, don't worry. You're automatically enrolled when you check out.
How are Drops calculated?
You earn 1 Drop for each full $100 spent. For example, a $250 visit earns 2 Drops.
Do my Drops or credit expire?
No. Both your Drops and your $199 reward credit stay on your account with no expiration date.
Can I cash out my reward?
Reward credits can be applied toward services with The IV Nurse. They can't be redeemed for cash.
